1) Order Processing & Carriers
• We begin fulfillment immediately after your order is placed on our website.
• Our primary carriers are DHL and FedEx.
• Carrier pickup time: within 5 (five) business days from order confirmation.
• Estimated delivery time after pickup: up to 10 (ten) calendar days.
• Total door-to-door target time: up to 15 (fifteen) calendar days from order confirmation.
2) Packaging by Product Type
• Genuine Paintings: Shipped rolled in a protective roller box to ensure safe transit and minimize risk of damage.
• Sculptures & 3D Printer Creations: These items are heavier and bulkier; they require reinforced packaging and may incur higher shipping rates based on size and weight.
3) Shipping Rates
• Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package dimensions, and weight.
• Sculptures and 3D-printed items may have higher rates because of oversized or fragile packaging requirements.
4) Shipment Tracking
• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
• Tracking updates are provided directly by the carrier (DHL/FedEx).
5) Address Accuracy
• Please verify your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
• If you need a correction before dispatch, email info@offbeatarthouse.com immediately with the subject “Order # — Address Update.”
6) International Shipments, Duties & Taxes
• International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in product or shipping prices.
7) Failed Delivery / Unclaimed Packages
• If a package is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, refusal, or unclaimed status, we will contact you via email. Re-shipment costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
8) Damage on Arrival (DOA)
• Inspect your package upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, contact info@offbeatarthouse.com within 48 hours of receipt. Include clear photos of the packaging, shipping label, and the product. Always include your Order Number in the email subject.
9) Dropshipping Items (Printful & Third Parties)
• Lifestyle products fulfilled by third-party providers such as Printful follow the provider’s ordering and shipping processes. By purchasing these items, you agree to their terms, timelines, and policies. See printful.com for details.

10) Returns & Color Display Note (Shipping-Related)
• Unless there is a manufacturing defect, we cannot accept returns. Our products are shown as accurately as possible in photos. For truer color viewing, we advise adjusting your browser color settings and maximizing screen brightness prior to purchase.
