At Offbeat Art House, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure that every product you receive meets the highest standards of quality and authenticity. Please carefully review our Returns & Refunds Policy before making a purchase.

1. General Policy

• All sales of genuine paintings, sculptures, and 3D printed artworks are considered final, as these items are unique and exactly as shown in product images.
• We strongly recommend adjusting your browser’s color settings and screen brightness to view colors as accurately as possible before making a purchase.

2. Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns and refunds under the following conditions:
• The item arrives damaged or defective.
• You received the wrong item.
• The product was lost in transit and confirmed by the carrier (DHL, FedEx, or dropshipping partners).

3. Exclusions

• We cannot accept returns for products that match their description and images but do not meet personal preferences.
• Dropshipping items (such as lifestyle products from Printful) are subject to the partner’s policies. Please review Printful’s return and refund terms directly at www.printful.com.

4. Process for Returns & Refunds

• To initiate a return or refund, email us at info@offbeatarthouse.com.
• Always include your Order Number in the subject line (e.g., “Order #12345 — Return Request”).
• Provide a clear description of the issue and attach photos (if applicable).
• We will guide you through the return process and provide a shipping label if applicable.
• Refunds will only be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.

5. Refund Timeline

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds will be made via the original payment method only.
• Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.
